[Gameplay] Can't use Emotes?

In-game, there's no option to bind the Emote Radial keys. If I access my keybindings from the client, I see the Emote bindings and set them to keys, but they don't function in-game. I've tried binding to a few different hotkeys but none of them work.

The only thing I can think of that might have caused a problem is that when I updated, I already had something bound to T.

Same issue on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

UPDATE: The work in real games, but not practice. Also, trying to use them from the Radial while dead does not work.
