Cant create support ticket!

Hi, I have bought Orbs bulk pack for 5000RP and while trying to open them I've got an error: "Hexcrafting took to long, you were not rewarded ... Contact support". Now I'm going to support page and trying to pick an option for my ticket, regardless of the option I choosing it gives error "You need to log in", but I already logged in. Anyway, I press Login button and nothing happens. Did with 2 browsers, the same story. So I have 5000RP gone in the wind and canæt even open a ticket about it...

I had this problem and no one helped me I just figured it out on my own. You only need to log out of the support page then log in again. I know it sounds stupid but it worked for me.
