Giant's Belt buying path bug

[Gameplay] When you click on Giant's Belt in the shop it shows you that it builds towards Rylai's Crystal Scepter but it doesn't.

How to preform:

1. Open Shop

2. Search for Giant's Belt

3. Look at the item's it can potentially build towards and you will see Rylai's Crystal Scepter

I can reproduce this 100% of the time
