Ziggs Invisible projectiles

I am aware there is an issue with skill shots being invisible at the moment. This goes a little beyond that. A Ziggs during an aram game today had invisible Q,E,R and Autoattack projectiles throughout the whole game (his satchel charge and ultimate landing zone were fully visible). The particle effects existed (you could see a trail) but the bombs themselves were invisible. I thought it may have been a client side bug, however 2 others on my team as well as the Ziggs acknowledged that they were invisible to them as well. Unsure if this is related to the invisible skillshot issue or if it a separate issue with Ziggs altogether. Attached the one screenshot taken during the game, notice the invisible bouncing bomb effect below Eve. I have not yet tried to recreate this bug so I do not know how easily it can be reproduced.
