'The Game has crashed' WTF Can i do?

Hey everybody you know theres this New Patch that Came out only a FEW days ago I think, today I wanted to play so I fully patched LoL new without problems. I got logged in without problems, selected a game mode (pvp dominion) And Got into champion select. But when the champion select disappeared and the loading screen should come, nothing appears. So I clicked on the icon of the LoL program just so see a window with the usually 'the game has crashed please attempt to reconnect' message at the time when we all were still in the loading screen I guess. Of course I tried to reconnect but no chance. I closed and new opened LoL, uninstalled and new installed it - nothing.

Even in a bot game the exact same thing happens.

The interesting thing is that I couldn't successfully do a repair, every time at 33% of patching, the repair crashes.

So is this a problem of the new patch??
