I just got a S minus on yas and didnt get chest i have gotten s before that and still no chest

in my profile it says i have 3 chest and text on it says get s minus or your party member get sinus or higher but i have not reciv one even if i get s whats wrong ??

Have you gotten a chest for him in the past for this season? It will tell you if you have if you go to your champion page for your profile.
