Cannot disconnect from a Practise Tool game

After receiving a new monitor that is 4k display, I attempted to see if League would run well after a couple of games not fitting properly. I went into a Practise Tool game, clicked the resolution to adjust to and now the game crashes and I am left with a "Reconnect" button and not able to leave. How can I change my display outside of the game because there seems no solution to this.
