No! "It's" is clearly possessive. Just like "you're" is possessive.... The apostrophe adds possession... duh....
Good catch! I noticed this one while playing earlier as well. I was sort of shocked that there would be such a silly typo in League!
it's also can mean belonging to...as in to say the power that belongs to it...
