Game Freezing all the time

My game has been freezing for months on end. It happens every few games, but sometimes more often than others. But today i had a game where it happened 5 times. This has been happening since about September of 2018.

The game will freeze and just stay frozen. I dont bugsplat, the game doesnt close, nothing. I have to open my task manager and force quit the game. It happens way too often.

To combat this, i have tried closing all other programs, repairing the game, reinstalling the game, using CCleaner to completely wipe any evidence of existence of LoL from my harddrive, running the game in compatibility mode, and changing my in game graphic settings. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

My PC specs: Intel 5820k (6 cores, 12 threads) at 3.3ghz Asus Strix GTX 1080 12GB DDR4 Memory

I can post my game logs so you can see the game where it happened 5 times if needed.

I'm tired of losing games from the freezing :(
