Right click sometimes not working in game

just recently my right click stopped working in game, my ping doesn't spike and my fps is fine, I can see other players and minions still moving around normally sometimes I even get killed because I cant move, I can still move my mouse around and it shows the right clicking animation its just my champ doesn't move for several seconds. if anyone knows what this problem is please tell me a solution. thanks.
