[GAMEPLAY] Primetime Draven - First Q of the game freezes the game for a quick second.

Primetime Draven freezes the game for a second when you first use your Q on anything, like minions, monsters, or enemy champs. This only occurs the first Q of the game. The rest of the game will be fine, no problem. This has happen since patch 5.11 or 5.12 (don't remember) when I bought the skin. Other Draven skins does not have this problem as far as I know. Only Primetime Draven. This is a really annoying bug. Tried on Team Builder and Blind Mode. Also, tried custom mode too. Does not matter if you catch the Q. It freezes the moment the Q is impacted on something. I have also use repaired the files, but still get the bug.
