client crash problem

In champ select, everything in draft mode will be fine and then, my chat will say everyone left and someone, it may be me or it may not, will be stuck on 0. Sometimes i find out after i close and restart the client that i've been punished with wait time. This has happened twice so far. Please let me know how to fix, or what there is being done. jpeif
