Patcher isnt...patching...

So I tried to install the new patch, 4.19 and noticed it was extremely laggy. It actually stalled and refused to do crap. I restarted my computer then tried to repair, and now all it does is get stuck at the 33% mark and scan files. It got to 15,000+ before I finally gave up and exited out.

Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions found?

Also: client issue, on the NA server.
