Patch 5.22 Made my League Stop working [Client]

Well i started using Windows 10 October, 2015 and League started to get buggy, such as my friends list, notification box, and rune/mastery pages were bugged out + a black login screen. Then one day it magically got fixed idk how I didn't do anything. Now preseason 6 came out which is patch 5.22 and I'm stuck on the Login screen. I enter my User + Pass then I get stuck on the authentication process + waiting for server. My internet connection is fine and it fails to connect with the server. I tried checking my firewall and missing files in my League folders + repairing the game launcher, and I'm still dealing with the same problem.

So now I've finally decided to uninstall league and reinstall it but the installer won't even start up now. I have no idea what I have to do to get this working again. All my other games work, but not league. I've researched and have seen people post about this problem relating with Avast Virus scanner, but I've had it installed b4 this happened and never dealt with this problem until now. I'm thinking of uninstalling Avast and trying to start the League installer that way, but I feel like im putting myself in a deeper hole.

-Extra Info- First day of patch 5.22 worked fine and after that this started to happen.
