Can't have any mysteries in ranked

I get mad when my team i get matched up with feds and we lose but that happens. You get over it and keep going. I have never been this mad when i go to play ranked and three of the games i played my client says error when i pick a masteries page. then i go into the game with out ANY. I like playing rank to get up into the lvls but its bullshit that i cant have any masteries. i am posting this so you can fix it asap before it happens to others when they play ranked. It only happpens when i play ranked games and it handicaps me so hard when everyone else can use thrunderlords. anyways, RIOT i just ask that since i cant play ranked and its happened 3 time and i have uninstalled and reinstalled it. that doesn't fix it. that you please help me and others. Sorry about the crappy grammar.
