Game crashes too much (Bugsplat)

Long story short, ever since the new patch my game has been crashing 4-5 times per match and at this point its unplayable both for me and my teammates as it sometimes crashes in the middle of a teamfight. Is anybody else experiencing something similar to this or is it just me ?
