Botgame AI misbehaviour - Cassiopea rework

Cassiopea bots on Intermediate Twisted Treeline botgames (idk about other diffs or maps) do not buy additional items after their first purchase. They are stuck with a doran's ring the entire game. It's probably becaus they are unable to buy boots I guess (new passive) They are one of the more challenging AI champions, it'd a shame to keep them without items for long. http://i.imgur.com/z0G8ntT.png </3
