Sett Disabled my abilities until i reconnected

Got Ulted during a norm game by sett. I was playing Vayne and i couldnt q, e, r, bork or flash even after respawn. Basically they were greyed out and when pressed the "Cannot cast this ability right now" was appearing. Solved the issue by using Alt-f4 -> reconnect. I didnt try to reproduce and it was the first time i see it. Not sure if it's on my side or game side. I was just posting in case it happens again.
