Trouble Locking In Champion

I just had 3 games get dodged, and an additional where I "dodged" because when I went to lock in my champion the Lock button was grayed out, like I was having internet troubles? It displayed a message that there was trouble locking in my champion, but it counted as a dodge and I lost 3 LP. This was in NA Solo Ranked queue. Anyone else having the same?
