[Gameplay] Cannot open shop in game

I cannot open the item shop in game. The stop is bound to "p" but that only toggles the extended view of my Champion stats on the hud. I tried changing the binding from "P" to "O" and the same thing happened. The binding to toggle the stats are different all together. Clicking on the shop itself with the bag of gold for a cursor does the same thing. I also tried clicking the button where the gold is shown underneath the champion inventory. This problem persists for different maps/game types as well as after re-logging. Also reinstalled the game.
