Katarina's E Not Dash Dash

Guys In Kata's Rework on E they says Katarina Dashes to the target , but thats not right for an example take a Veigar , his stun wall and make Kata Dash throw it and u willl see that she gets near Veigar with no problem . This is more like a Mistake in the E but it isn't right to tell she Dashes but actually telleports . Riot should change it so it acts like an actual Dash not like an Ezreal E To make everything more balanced . And yes i know that all the kata mains over here will say : ,,thats it cry more" but think about it .
