I bought the skin at 07/02/20 (date) and i still can't use it or see in inventory or on the collection. When i bought the boundle , i got the icon and thats all. did you exit and relaunch the game? i used to have this issue with wards from chests
i have same problem (i buy prestige senna too) that happened because of shop issues they fix it and shop is back but they didnt give any skins that were pucharse
Is that only excusive to the EUNE server because I bought the skin with no problems, got both the icon and the skin yesterday. Even tried the skin in Practice tool without restarting the client. I suggest sending a support ticket for this issue.
How did you buy it on the 2nd when it came out the 6th?
