I bought the skin at 07/02/20 (date) and i still can't use it or see in inventory or on the collection. When i bought the boundle , i got the icon and thats all. Redyn12 votesi have same problem (i buy prestige senna too) that happened because of shop issues they fix it and shop is back but they didnt give any skins that were pucharse

Kenneky2 votesIs that only excusive to the EUNE server because I bought the skin with no problems, got both the icon and the skin yesterday. Even tried the skin in Practice tool without restarting the client. I suggest sending a support ticket for this issue.
