[Launcher issue] Starting updatiing

My launcher was already updated 4 days back to 5.10. But today when i am trying to open the game it starts updating by showing calculating difference : 1 file, and it is not proceeding further. please solve this issue

I also experience the same. Today I sent my ticket to Riot after the issue
