Your client is actually just broken...

Okay riot, let's talk. Earlier this fine day I was playing soloq, and I was in a game lobby doing champ select. During this time, my client completely freezes, and then proceeds to crash and close itself completely. Upon re-opening my client and logging in, I see that I have been credited with a loss (I was in a promotional series) and have a 5 minute dodge timer. As a silver player in gold promos for the first time, and being 1-1 in the series before the crash, this is infuriating. But it get's better. I decided to try and just move on, and queue'd up again. Once I got into another game, and started champ select your game just freaks out again. But this time, I can't even hover my champion before the client freezes again, but doesn't crash immediately. Instead, the game just sits there and the hover your champion timer just ticks down to 0 and nothing happens. It literally just sits here and nothing happens. After waiting for about 5 minutes and clicking everything ever, I closed the client and re-started it. And here's the final kicker. I opened up my client to find that my promos are over, I'm down about 15 LP, and I have a now 30 minutes timer before I can even queue up again.

Riot, I want my fucking LP, promos, time, and whatever else you'll give me, returned to me at your earliest convenience. And btw that means right fucking now if you please. The game is already enraging enough without dumb shit like this. At this rate, it's no wonder 70% of the playerbase is in fucking silver if you just get fucked by riot for 2 of your promo games.
