[Crash] RADS error

Hello rito,

I have been having this bug where I am unable to start the LoL launcher, I've tried many ways to get to help me fix this problem but nothing works... I've tried uninstalling the game completely and re-installing it but that only made the situation worse... Now I can't even install the game properly with out this RADS error coming up, I don't see the LoL logo when I click on the launcher the only thing that pops up is the RADS error.. :(
