LOL update servers down?

Is any1 else experiencing this? after the new update 10.4. whenever i try to login it shows that lol update servers are down. I have tried every english server so far and all of them are seem to be downed. What to do?

When servers are down, you can easily notice it by the sudden increase of posts around here :). NA is fine, EUW/EUNE are ok again since Saturday morning. What do you mean they are down? Can you share some screenshot, launch a repair?
