Persistant issue with updater

I'm sure everyones heard or experienced the files scanned issue with the installer. I had been having issues with it multiple times now and i've exhausted myself trying everything people have suggested. It'll finish after several hours then I can play then after logging off for a few hours itll come back. It's really killing my will to even bother with this game anymore which sucks because i've put money into it.
