[GAMEPLAY] Anivia's E dealing 0 damage

When I Q-E combo on Anivia very quickly the E does (almost) no damage. This happens very often when Q-E is done in quick succession.

...are you using thunderlords? Cause anivia is kind of strong with it lol.
