I have already been involved in a discussion post that was posted a day or two ago about this, but I am posting again because no progress has been made.
When I load into game all I am getting is a white screen. Everything seems to be running fine in the background, but I cannot see anything.
I was told that updating to the most recent version of mojave would fix the issue, but I did that and re-downloaded the client and I am still having the issue.
Plug a microphone and you can get into the game. Weird but it works for me.
Are you playing in a mac mini? if so, this issue has been going on for months then.
That's exactly what happened to me. It was perfectly fine during champ select but then when I'm loading into the game all I see is white screen. I heard the "30 seconds until minions spawn" but I couldn't see a thing. I tried closing and reopening but it was still the same. The game was a ranked game and I ended up losing LP because they remade... I shut down my mac and restarted a game in practice tool and it was the same. Idk if its because the latest mac update because I know that there was some problem with league voice and Mac Majove. But this didn't happen until yesterday. Yesterday was black screen when I alt tabbed and today it wouldnt load in at all...
