d3dx9_39.dll error when trying to join in a game

Hello, when I try to join a game it displays me that error and exists to the main client giving just the option to reconnect, but even if I click it, I get that error again and so on.

I tried everything, installing DirectX End-User runtime web installer, DirectX End-User Runtimes (June2010) as seen on the internet, manually pasting the .dll file in system32 or league's folder, nothing works, what can I do?
