I keep getting S champion mastery but no chests for a longggg time!!!!

On my profile it shows that I have 4 chests available for receiving an S- or higher for champion mastery however I have not received chests for about a month now and received countless S- or higher champion masteries.

You can only get a chest once per champion. When you look at your profile it will show the champions you have a chest for already.
