Jhin Visual Bug

There is a bug on Jhins W visuals. There will normally be an indicator on the enemy team when your W can root someone. There has been this bug where one of the enemy team members will have this visual effect permanently. It gets really frustrating seeing as how you believe you have rooted someone but in reality it was never set. This occurs, for me, every single game that I play Jhin with.
