Game freeze

Hi ! I really need help for a few months now LOL freeze at random time for up to a few minutes and comeback while I'm in game I tried do a full repair, I uninstalled , re installed the game several times,I even cleaned up my whole PC (I use a laptop) But even then it freeze Another thing is that it's only for a period of time like It'll freeze for a month then stop freezing then after 2-3 weeks it's coming back I was playing well a fews days ago and it came back yesterday.

I tried to find other post about it but dev don't say much (when they show up) and when they offer a solution it doesn't work. I love LOL but I'll have to quit playing if this continue , I'm sick of getting banned everytimes
