We Want Chests

I've been getting S/S+ for a few games now and i have chests available but i dont get anything. These are all on champions i have not recieved chests for yet. I've heard about a few of my friends having the same issue. Please fix asap and id appreciate if you can gift me the chest i was supposed to get on Rengar today because rengars really hard for me and i finally did it but didnt get a chest ;-;
