snare and then proceeded to EQ away while rooted. This happened several times throughout the game, he was rooted for about .5-1 seconds, then EQ'd then stood there until the root wore off. also the EQ was not interruptible by any means (tried root again, and 
tornado.) Additionally, he EQ'd through 
ult.

Because j4 does not have a dash. He has a reverse blitzcrank pull.
This isn't a bug. It's how j4 works. And it's intended because j4 has to expend 2 skills for mobility. Not 1.

's leap strike without taking damage? there are some interactions that are different from others in league so i guess jarvan can just do this. i agree that he shouldnt be able to though
