I cant start the game

After 2 or 3 games. I start a ranked solo/duo game with my frend. in loby all whas in place , but when the game needed to start it didnt. I give like 2 min and then i shut down game and login again. And when i pres Reconnect the game crusht. My frend send me that they remake, and we started the game and agean same thing. I restart computer. After my sister in same day my sister said that she didnt have any problems with the game.
