[GAMEPLAY] Dragon buff tooltip

The in-game tooltip for dragon seems to be highlighting text incorrectly. This happens every game, not sure if it's always been like this, but I noticed it every game this patch at least. I had 3 ocean drake buffs in this match. The game highlights all the other drakes' explanation text while greying out the text for the dragon buffs I actually have.

Should be simple enough to fix. It's just a clarity issue and the dynamic text highlighting seems to be selecting things incorrectly.
