[GAMEPLAY] J4 AA Bug

While using the Warring Kingdoms J4 Skin, I was top laning with flash ignite. Bought Crystalline Flask with 2 red pots and a blue with a ward trinket. As soon as the game started, I noticed I wasn't able to see most of J4's AA. I would be able to see the AA's randomly, but wasn't able to get a good read on it making it more difficult to CS and fight the enemy champ. Would happen almost every AA early game. As the game progressed, it seemed to happen less, but still happened probably 70% of the time.
