[Client]? Bunch of multi colored lines going crazy

I was playing and i ganked (my team). When used her W a bunch of multi colored lines started going nuts on the screen. Not sure it was directly related to Kindred's W but the game started normally and thats when it started. It continued even when she wasn't around and seemed like it got worse as the game went on.

1. Play Xin
2. Be around Kindred's W
3. Enjoy the chaos

Sorry there are no screenshots. I tried to take some but couldn't figure out how to in game.
