Sudden High Ping.

One day in early January in the middle of a game i started to receive ping spikes of up to 350 ms. I thought it might be just a one time thing but to this day i am still having this issue. I've restarted my router multiple times. I did some research and found that a few years ago there was a trouble with ontario bell fibe users and high ping on LoL and I am from ontario and use bell fibe. I was wondering if this might be a recurrence of the same issue or if it is solely on my end.

Are ping spikes happening at random times?

Cuz I have issues with ping spikes aswell, but it only happens at a certain time in the match (from 7 to 13 mins into the game)

nope it is from the start of the game until the end it will spike to anywhere from 100 to 350 and then slowly fall back down to 50 before spiking again about 5 seconds later. Makes the game completely unplayable. Before this started happening i was always at a constant 33-35 ms.

I have the exact problem but only during 9-11pm usually have 38ms but during these times it goes 55-130ms up and down like a jojo sometimes 180ms
