Sudden High Ping.

One day in early January in the middle of a game i started to receive ping spikes of up to 350 ms. I thought it might be just a one time thing but to this day i am still having this issue. I've restarted my router multiple times. I did some research and found that a few years ago there was a trouble with ontario bell fibe users and high ping on LoL and I am from ontario and use bell fibe. I was wondering if this might be a recurrence of the same issue or if it is solely on my end.
