Jayce melee transformation freeze bug.

Just as the title says. Either when i play jayce, or there is a jayce in the game everytime he enters his melee form, league freezes for a single tick. Its not game ruining or anything. But when a fight comes around it does sometimes effect my role when im basically stunned for a tick. I figure it could be something wrong with jayces file on my computer. If anyone knows how i could fix this issue please respond.
