Disconnected after loading 100% in loading screen

It happened few times to me, that i wanted to play Leage and after lobby i was watching as my percents are rising, that loading wheel spinning, ping is updating so i didnt expected that something will happen. After minute in loading screen, when everybody got that 100% i was feeling that something isn't quite right. Well, suddenly the game drops, and reconnect button appered in client. I simply clicked the reconnect button and voilá - i can't reconnect, some connecting issue apperaing and if i click do it again, same error jumps. Well, i know why, because the game already didn't exist. It's very irritating, beacause i just wanna play one game and even after loading the game it suddenly drops. Is there any explanation ? It happened to me few times (6 times per 2 months) and if i get some punishment for leaving, well, what can i do ?
