[CRASH]

This is the issue: My brother's game client freezes up after each game at the, "continue," button(the button after a defeat or victory pressed to send player to the stats screen). This issue happens after every game, and usually crashes league and he has to restart the application. Is there a solution? He tried re-installing, restarting his computer and waiting, updating his computer, etc. Nothing has worked.
