League of Legends Won't Recognize Password After Every New Patch

Every time there is a new patch the LoL Client will not recognize my password. I can still log in to the website with said password. I have to change my password every time there is a new patch. This has been going on for more than half a year.

I've tried re-install and doesn't work. Some help here?
