[GAMEPLAY] Critting on Nidalee

I had a weird glitch in one of my games. While looking at the stats on my game as nidalee, I saw that I had critted for 1702 damage. However, I was playing AP nidalee and I had no crit chance whatsoever in my build or masteries or runes. Did Riot change nidalee spear as an ability that always "crits" so that you can see the spear damage in the end game? Seems very unlikely...

Will attempt to recreate the bug and edit the post if it happens next game.
