[GAMEPLAY]Thresh Hook Bug

Hey I'm not sure if this is a standing issue, or something intentional added to Thresh's gameplay; but I've been in a couple of games where happened and it never happened to me before. A enemy Thresh would hook me, but he/she didn't recast Q to zip towards me, so whenever I'm able I cast flash (like a couple seconds after being hooked) and somehow a thresh would recast Q in that same instance to zip towards the direction I flashed in to flay me back towards his/her team. It's frustrating because how can you counterplay against instead of just the proverbial "Don't get hooked." It also screws up teamfights because if one of your teammates get hooked and flash back to the safety net of our team then suddenly Thresh zips over and ults between us.
