Loading screen is bugged since this patch

Ever since the latest update i have problem with Loading screen, first few times it takes too long to load and teammates usually remake and I get leaver buster, I got it 2 times 5/20 its usually stuck at 60% or 40% and sometimes loading screen even freezes! my laptop is pretty decent, 4 GB RAM, 1 third of memory is used (which is around 100 GB out of 400GB or smth) procesor is intel Core i3,Operating system is windows10, i have updated to latest drivers and cleaned the junk files but problem is still the same if not worse because now it froze my laptop (only security options work i managed to shut it down)

I dont know what to do I am so tired of leaver busters please I need help
