Jhin Crash?

So I noticed it happened once before so I just want to clarify whether or not this is a bug, but I noticed someone went afk playing jhin a game prior, I bought him, played him, and around level five the game crashes, attempting to reconnect to be more exact, just wondering if its him or just the game
