I have permenant low priority

My internet crashed like a month ago, and I got cut mid game. I got a low priority which I was like okay whatever, a few slow games wont hurt. I've played like 10 games now and I still have it like wtf.

I've played over 10 games and I still have low priority queue and i have not been able to find where to check how many games I have left and its really infuriating please Help!
