Jarvan stuck on side of wall

I don't often jungle but when I like to use J4. Today while taking the wolf camp on blue side i use my E then Q to knock up the wolves and somehow hit the wall with my E and it ended up on the side of the wall toward mid lane, when i Q'd to it i got stuck on the side of the wall and started twitching back and forth, I also could not move for probably 2 seconds. Just wondering if others have had this problem with Jarvan or what?
